The Aquaflame Model 800 Basic-Service Kit provides all the essential components required to perform a standard maintenance cycle on your Aquaflame System. Engineered to overhaul your unit's internal and external infrastructure, this kit ensures continuous, optimal performance.

Full gasket and internal plastic tubing kit
Flashback arrestor
Complete torch service kit
Premium EPDM tubing set
Replacement booster sight tube
Comprehensive hardware set (Herbie clips, nuts, and bolts)
This kit is the basic tubing & gasket kit for a basic service only.
Please Note: Diodes are explicitly excluded from this kit due to component variations across production years. Independent tooling and technical competence are required to execute this service within your own workshop facility.
A separate replacement of Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) is mandatory when refilling the machine.
