The Aquaflame Model 800 Full-Service Kit provides all the essential components required to perform a comprehensive standard maintenance cycle on your Aquaflame System. Engineered to overhaul your unit's internal and external infrastructure, this kit ensures continuous, optimal performance.
Kit Includes:
Full gasket and internal plastic tubing kit
Flashback arrestor and integrated pressure switch
Complete torch service kit
Premium EPDM tubing set
Replacement booster sight tube
Comprehensive hardware set (Herbie clips, nuts, and bolts)
Please Note: Diodes are explicitly excluded from this kit due to the long operational lifespan of the factory-installed Model 800 diodes. Should your unit require electrical component replacement, compatible diodes must be purchased separately and must be replaced in pairs.
Independent tooling and technical competence are required to execute this service within your own workshop facility.
A separate replacement of Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) is mandatory when refilling the machine.
